The popular show is divided into
two parts each week. The first half of the episode concentrates on the
investigation of a crime by the police detectives and the second half
folllows the prosecution of the crime in court. Law & Order
not only feeds the audiences curiosity of the legal system, but it is
filled with an all-star cast that has included Benjamin Bratt, Chris Noth
and Jerry Orbach.
